ISS Art was a great group of developers for my business. I have worked with an American programmer and it was just a pain – charged too much, never got things done on time, and then finally he found a bigger project and told me he couldn’t work on mine any more. I was paying 3 times less for all work getting done 5 times faster. I was impressed about getting daily updates so I could go and test things immediately. It was easy, affordable and results just exceeded my expectations. I would only use ISS Art for all my website needs now and I already recommended them to all my colleagues and friends. The fact that they are based in Russia makes no difference. They all speak English, the communications are always on time via emails and all payments could be done through bank wire.
