Our team has recently started working on a new project. The task is to build a phone bot and an email bot which involves natural language processing (or NLP). The Client is a big company with a large flow of the incoming calls and mails. As to the email bot, it should detect and sort emails on subjects and generate the responses. For the phone bot we use artificial intelligence for the recognition of the speech and generation of the voice from text.
To achieve this, we apply third-party services (such as Google) and train our algorithms according to the needs of the Client.
