ISS Art starts working on a new project – Chart Recorder – which is aimed to automate the process of collecting data in the gas industry.
In early July our company started a new project for process automation in the gas industry. Gas measurement is valuable and regulated for companies that produce, process or transport natural gas. For this purpose, special chart recorders are installed on gas pipes. These recorders automatically collect the data required: differential pressure, static pressure, temperature estimates, etc.
Currently, the specialists of the Customer’s company have to scan these charts manually to collect data for processing and analyzing. The developers at ISS Art have a challenge to make this process of scanning and collecting the data automated, which will allow the Customer to reduce operating costs and save material and time. They are working on the first phase of the project now. Our specialists can apply their wide expertise in Computer Vision, Image and Pattern recognition.
