Recently, our team started working on a very interesting and socially important project. The Client is a company looking for a cure for neurodegenerative diseases. They grow cells and highlight them with the help of immunofluorescence techniques. Our team works on identifying and tracking of cells. To do this, a Python script will be created using OpenCV methods. The work will be based on images from microscope provided by the Client.
These data from cell research will be further used in the process of searching for drugs.
